Under the chestnut and cork trees are two holiday houses for rent. They exist of two sleeping rooms, one with a double bed and the other bunk-beds, a living/kitchen and a veranda. All very simple with shade in summer because of the trees and sun in wintertime since there are less leaves in that season.
